AEMK’s new heavy-duty hydraulic gantry shear is undergoing intensive fabrication and assembly in the manufacturing workshop. The photos showcase the heavy welded frame and cutting cavity of this scrap metal shearing machine, highlighting our rigorous precision manufacturing process.
The main frame adopts thick steel plate welding and grid reinforcing structure. This lattice box-type design greatly improves the overall rigidity and impact resistance of the equipment, enabling it to withstand huge instantaneous cutting force when processing heavy scrap metal. The internal cutting cavity is equipped with wear-resistant cutting blades and multi-cylinder hydraulic driving structure, specially developed for cutting thick steel plates, scrap car frames and heavy industrial profiles.
Our technicians are carrying out component assembly, pipeline layout and inspection work with the assistance of overhead cranes. Every welding seam, machining surface and bolt hole goes through strict quality testing. Modular structure design facilitates later transportation, on-site installation and maintenance.
Once finished, this heavy gantry shear will serve large scrap steel recycling yards. It can cut bulky heavy scrap metal into uniform feedstock in a single pass, greatly boosting production throughput and lowering manual processing cost.
AEMK keeps investing in solid waste recycling machinery R&D and manufacturing. We supply high-performance shearing, baling and dry grinding equipment for global metal recycling customers, providing reliable turnkey solutions to promote green and low-carbon development in recycled metal industry.
